今晚應邀到[大蘋果眾 MACitizen](http://macitizen.com) 聚會介紹 Firefox 4，我準備了一個 10 分鐘的短講。上星期收到邀請後，為了宣傳 Firefox 以及 Firefox 4 派對，便快快訂製作了一件 Firefox tee，昨晚漏夜把短講稿件完成 。

在搜集資料時，發現 Firefox 在[全球 Web browsers 使用份額](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Usage_share_of_web_browsers)一些有趣地方。2011 年年頭，Firefox 在歐洲的使用份額跟 IE 相同。而去年 12 月 Chrome 8 推出之時，該月香港 Chrome 的使用率急升，跟 Firefox 相同，但一個月後即回落正常增幅。

我在 10 分鐘短講中作簡單介紹 Firefox 4。

Firefox 4 支援 HTML5、WebGL 等等新的 web 技術標準。在介面方面，Address Bar 被稱為 Awesome Bar (咁 Awesome?!) 提供相關網頁建議。分頁群組 Ctrl-Shift-E 可以方便把 Tabs 分組作群組切換，App Tab 則方便用家隨時選用 Web App。Firefox Sync 可以把用家的 Bookmark、History、Password、Open Tabs，經過 Mozilla 的伺服器在多台電腦之間作資料同步，採納 Firefox 3 的 Firefox Sync add-on 放進 Firefox 4 核心內。

而這次短講的目的，希望更多人，更多 Firefox 用家可以參加香港 Firefox 4 Party，同時 “like” [Firefox Hong Kong Users](http://www.facebook.com/firefoxhk) facebook page 來加入社群。
