Google 於2026年9月16日推出 Google Home 生態的 Model Context Protocol（MCP）伺服器早期存取，讓任何支援 MCP 的人工智能代理——包括 Claude、Hermes、OpenClaw、ChatGPT 及 Google Antigravity——可以安全地操作智能家居裝置，並讀取事件歷史。\[1\]\[2\]

## 用法與設定

使用者可以用自然語言指令，要求代理檢視鏡頭摘要、監察家居動態、控制已連接的裝置，甚至建立自己的智能家居儀表板。\[1\]

設定的步驟是先建立一個 Google Cloud 專案並配置為使用 Home MCP，然後將 MCP 配置資料交給所選的代理，由代理引導使用者登入及授權。Google Home 開發者中心亦會提供設定指南。\[2\]

## 支援裝置與推出範圍

系統支援 Google Home 生態內任何裝置，包括 Google Nest 門鐘及恆溫器，以及其他「Works with Google Home」（或 Matter）裝置，例如燈泡。

存取權會先在美國向付費訂閱 Google Home Premium Advanced 的用戶推出，並在未來數星期陸續開放。這個每月20美元的訂閱層級提供更長的活動錄影歷史、描述式通知與詳細警示、影片歷史搜尋工具及每日摘要等功能。Google 未透露會否或何時擴展至其他訂閱層級或市場。\[3\]

Google 表示，在早期存取期間會透過 Smart Home for Developers Community 收集使用者意見。
