Omakase 是指在日本料理中，由主廚為客人按店內食材來選擇製作最好的特色食物，也是說可能每晚也有不同。

今晚去了千両吃 Omakase，千両 Omakase 會有前菜、剌身、煮魚、燒海蝦、壽司、烏冬、蜆湯和甜品。如果是千両會員，還送 Karen 梅酒一杯。千両只在九龍酒店分店提供 Omakase set，而 meal set 不少 dishes 都採用新鮮由飛機從築地直送到港的食材，所以想食築地貨而沒有 perference 想食乜，每位 $380 其實抵食。而視乎個人食量，一般食量的人也差不多夠飽。

今晚前菜有一口和牛、油甘魚、鰻魚蛋卷。

今晚煮魚是秋刀魚。

四件壽司都用上新鮮築地運來的魚。
