Moderate to fresh northerly winds, occasionally strong offshore and on high ground.The minimum temperature tomorrow will be about 13 degrees in the urban areas, and it will be generally cold over the New Territories. Fine over the weekend to early next week, but still cool in the morning. The temperature difference between day and night will be rather large over inland areas.
